but I can't do that,  bcz Error message : my computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

but I need it for playing Premier pro 2021 without system compatibility report.

So , How to Fix Adobe Premiere Pro System Compatibility Report?.

I have Windows 10 , x64

That product is no longer supported.  You have the latest driver (5171).

You need to upgrade to a new or newer system,.  If you are a desktop, you "might" be able to install a graphics card.
