There are no "drivers".

Al is correct; the 'drivers' for the processor are inbox with Windows. Intel's Chipset Device Software (a.k.a. INF Update) package provides INF files that help identify the processor and chipset features and optimally configure the 'drivers' for the processor and a significant portion of the chipset's devices.

Are you perhaps looking for drivers for the embedded Intel graphics engine? In your processor's generation, the graphics engine was actually built into the chipset (into the Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) component). Unfortunately, having this information does not help you if you are looking to use Windows 10, as Intel provides no support for these graphics engines with Windows 10 or later.

Microsoft provides compatibility drivers that will allow these graphics engines to be utilized with Windows 10. You need to understand, however, that these drivers are not optimized, performance is subpar and API support (OpenGL, DirectX, Direct3D, Vulcan, etc.) is woefully out-of-date. Further, Microsoft has stated that these drivers are frozen, no subsequent updates are contemplated and that they will not respond to problem reports. It works or it doesn't.

Sorry, reality bites, time to upgrade your system.
