ajust3, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance to your inquiry, could you please confirm the model of the Intel® processor that you are using?
We looked in our official web site for the Intel® E2897 Processor and that model is not showing:
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark.html
Or, you can also provide the SSU report, that report provides the model of the Intel® Processor as well as some other details of the components installed on your computer:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
To attach the report, once you choose "reply" select the "clip" icon on the lower left corner.

Hi Alberto
we are currently using 4.9.119-yocto linux running in our CPU
We are not using windows we are facing the issue only in Linux.
Can I use this tool in the link to generate the SSU report in yocto ?

ajust3, Thank you very much for confirming those details.
You mentioned that you are using the Intel® Processor E3897, still, that processor is not showing in our official web site:
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark.html
But I can see in the report that you provided that the actual model of the Intel® Processor is Intel Atom® Processor E3827. As you can see in the link below this unit is an Embedded Processor, so in this case, the best thing to do will be to submit your inquiry in our Intel® Embedded Communities support for further peer to peer assistance on this topic:
