I can't launch my Intel Extreme Tuning Utility so i have to report it and my guess is that this is the right place to do so

My rig:

  • i5-6600K
  • Gigabyte Z170X gaming 3
  • EVGA geforce GTX 1070 FTW gaming acx 3.0 8gb
  • 2x8gb ram (Corsair vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16R)
  • 2 ssd's
  • 1 hdd
  • Corsair RM550x

Were you ever able to launch XTU?

What version of Windows 10? 1903?

i have never been able to, i downloaded it a few days back (reinstalled it today) but i had no time to look into it

win 10 version 1803

Update W10 to 1903 and try again. 1803 is already more than 18 months old.

There is 1803, followed by 1809, followed by 1903, and next week there will be 1909.

I just wanted to check if the problem persists and if you need further assistance on this matter?

 

Just to make sure, in the following link you will find the option to download the Intel® Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU), please uninstall the application from "Apps and Features" and install the following version 6.5.1.37, please test it to confirm if it is launching now:

Once you get the chance, please let us know the results.
