I cannot start an RMA on Intel's website

Every time I click "Warranty & Replacement" on the main Support website (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html), it just redirects to that website. I see the Warranty & Replacement page load for a split second before I am taken back.

I've tried 4 different browsers on 2 computers as well as the mobile Intel Support app, so I don't think the issue is on my end.

How can I start an RMA for my CPU if the Warranty website doesn't load?

No problem for me, while browsing in Chrome or in Edge to this page.

Please clean browser cache.

Cleaned browser cache for anything associated with Intel. Logged in again, tried to go to the page you linked, redirected back to Support homepage. Same problem.

I could see that we have created an internal case to provide you with the warranty for your product, please kindly refer to that internal case for further help on this matter.   

  

We will proceed to close this thread to avoid duplication of effort and the support will continue through the internal case only.
