I made a change from intel pentium 4 E2180 2.00ghz processor to a core 2 duo E7500 at 2.93ghz (both quite old processors) and since the change, windows 10 does not open, shows the windows logo and restarts staying in that loop when previously With the Intel Pentium 4 it started without any problem, the processor manages to boot by other previous systems such as Windows 7 and 8 without any problem, it doesn't boot from usb either. Any solution?
the motherboard is ipibl-lb

Did you check to see if the E7500 was supported by your motherboard bios?  Being socket compatible is not enough.

Also, neither of your processors are supported on W10.
