I dont know what is not allowing the Intel driver update to happen. Whenever i try to do it, it shows that my computer doesnt meet the minimum requirements for the update to install; I just want to know what is that hardware which is not allowing the inst

Likely that your laptop manufacturer has restricted installation of a graphics driver from replacing theirs.

 

Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

 

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).
