I got a Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ Processor 6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz on a laptop. Frecuency base is 2.80 GHz, and is working on that frecuency. I want to get access to the maximun frecuency but i dont know how, any help is good, thanks
