I got a Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ Processor 6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz on a laptop. Frecuency base is 2.80 GHz, and is working on that frecuency. I want to get access to the maximun frecuency

When i play new games, like, star wars jedi fallen order, or tunning some test in the CPU, it never goes over 2.80 GHz, and the games doesn't run like it's suppost to, no only new games, but this is an example. I Knows that maybe is the GPU, but i know how it works and what can do and don't, and this doesn't look like a problem of the GPU, any help i good, thanks. (My english is not very good, sorry)

"I want to get access to the maximun frecuency"

And you will - when the workload is such that it boosts the frequency.

Now, what is the model number of your device/motherboard?

What version of Windows 10? (1903 (with all updates)? 1909?

Have you updated the bios on your device?

Go to acer and update THEIR bios. If you need help with that, ask acer support.
