I have I5 3337U 1,85Hz and after the last update of windows 10 the keys of my keyboard "b" and "n" does not work and MS told me that I must install the keyboard drivers for this motherboard using Windows 10. Where can I get them? Thank you. Gabriel.

GRodr34, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In referene to your question, in order for us to be able to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your platform:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Any questions, please let me know.

Albert, I have a laptop Bangho Zero 1309 (it is not a new computer) with a motherboard *Intel 5 3337U 1,85Hz*, I am using Windows 10 (64 b) and after the last update some keys (*"b" and "n"*) on the keyboard stopped working. I contacted a Microsoft technician and after doing a remote control of my laptop they told me that my keyboard drivers are missing, that I should contact the manufacturer of my laptop (Bangho). I did it and they told me to contact Intel to search for keyboard drivers. Thanks you. Gabriel. El mar., 5 may. 2020 a las 16:24, Intel Forums (<supportreplies@intel.com>) escribió:

GRodr34, Thank you very much for providing those details.

Just to let you know, Intel® does not manufacture laptops, that is why all the drivers that we have available in our Intel® web site belong to other components, there are no keyboard drivers neither as you can confirm in the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

I looked in Bangho's web site for drivers for the laptop itself or for the keyboard but I was not able to find any:

https://www.bangho.com.ar/Soporte/Drivers

There are some third-party web sites that you will find if you look on the Internet for "Bangho Zero 1309 drivers" that might help, but that is something that we actually do not know for sure and we cannot guarantee, it is just an alternative to try to fix this problem.

Even though you mentioned that you already contacted both of them, since the problem started after the Windows* update, then Microsoft should be the one to provide further technical assistance on this matter:

https://support.microsoft.com/

But actually, all the drivers for your platform should be provided by the manufacturer of it, they are the ones that have all the customized drivers for your system including the keyboard drivers.

Keep in mind that this could be also a hardware problem with the keyboard itself, the keys "b" and "n" might be defective and in that case, to contact Bangho directly for warranty purposes will be the best thing to do:

https://www.bangho.com.ar/Soporte/Drivers
