I have i5 650 processor which motherboards compatible with this processor and where from I can by in India

Here you can find INTEL boards that are compatible with your processor. These boards are all very old. Intel no longer makes desktop boards.

Your processor is from 2010 and uses a LGA1156 socket. Search for boards that use that socket, and make sure their bios supports the i5-650 processor.

My personal opinion is that finding a board that supports your processor, and memory, and cooling system, is simply not worth the cost.
