I purchase an intel-i7 a few weeks ago and with that I'm supposed to get Call of Duty Black Ops 4. Its been 2 weeks and still no code?

When I try to download the game it says codes temporarily out of stock and working to reload more codes. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm wondering how long does it take to get codes up and if I'm even going to get my game at all?
