I would like to let you know that, after checking the information in the link you have provided, I found that the model of processor they mention is nowhere to be found, they are combining a model between a core processor and a Xeon processor which does not show any results at all since the families are different.
Now, regarding the engineering sample, please refer to the link below:

I would not recommend purchasing that system due to the fact that the processor is an engineering sample. Furthermore, in the listing of that system, they mention that there is no warranty for that product.
