I need official information for the case of cpus intel X5670, 4650, 2695 and 2680 and xeon series.

The consequences of a high usage of CPU (100% all cores) will be the following:
A) You will not open multiple programs at once.
B) Lagging Issues.
C) FPS gets really lows.
Pretty much slow performance of the system, may I know why are you looking for this information?
Are you trying to accomplish an specific configuration?

Hello.
It is because we have a cluster and sometimes there are users that use the compute nodes with 100% usage of cpu for several days, like this one:
Our infrastructure is composed by compute nodes that contains these processors:
• CPU ITEL X5670
• CPU INTEL 4650
• CPU INTEL 2695
• CPU INTEL 2680
For this reason I am concerned about that and I was reading this forum that says this, that’s why I wanted to ask you about that:
Therefore, I understand that in our case, the inconvenients are not critical.

No problem, you are very welcome.
Usually those processors are capable to support 100% CPU Usage on the cores.
The processor will be affected in case of overclocking because it will decrease the life circle of the unit and it will cause an overheating issue as well.
