I3 7020u can play 4k at 60fps ?

Hello, i would know if this processor with Intel® HD Graphics 620 can play a movie like this one :

becouse i'm having difficult also at resolution of 1440p.

 

but here in that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1F7iQ-Mqj5I&t=191s

 

the person use a Ezbook 3 pro with an Intel N3450 processor and play it fine the same movie.

In reference to your question, yes, the processor does support 4K at 60FPS when using the Display Port or the Integrated Flat Panel, as you can confirm in the following link, please look for "Processor Graphics": https://ark.intel.com/products/122590/Intel-Core-i3-7020U-Processor-3M-Cache-2-30-GHz- Just to let you know, the manufacturer of the computer has the option enable/disable settings in the BIOS, to customized drivers and even to apply some restrictions in some of the features. What is the model of the motherboard? If this is a laptop, what is the model of it? Hello :)

 

My notebook is Lenovo v130 15ikb.

Yesterday i'm been able to play the 4k movie at 60fps on my notebook display (fullhd) using VLC or Potplayer as player...in past day i don't wos able becouse don't wos been enabled the HW acceleration and using SW accellerator there wos an overload of CPU.

 

Now the only problem remain that i'm not able to play the video using browser chrome from youtube !

 

I tried to be sure that hw accellerator wos active on Chrome browser but when i go to play the movie there is always an overload of the CPU and look to be on SW accellerator :/

For driver i don't installed nothing, windows 10 automatically take all drivers

We recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform. I looked in Lenovo's web site and there are 2 graphics drivers, Intel 23.20.16.5018 and AMD 23.20.15034.5, please try to install both of them : https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/uu/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-v-series-laptops/v130-15ikb/downloads If you use a different browser like, Edge, Firefox, Explorer, do you see the same problem? It much new version of driver, why it dont should be good ?

 

yesterday i installed the programm "Intel Driver and Support Assistant" and i upgraded many drivers...but whe i tried to upgrade gpu driver it happear that error message: https://i.imgur.com/eoCS1WA.png

 

the version that i would install is that, the least one : https://i.imgur.com/ZrrS4l2.png

 

but drivers should be the same for any GPU and not depending on computer as it happen for Desktop system...why here is differen ?
