HI,
I bought my processor in December 2024 in a sealed box on the Amazon marketplace.
I installed it on my configuration to replace an I5 12600K. But it does not initialize (the EZ DEBUG LED remains solid red).
No display, no BEEP. Only the processor fan is running. I ran a clear CMOS and removed the other peripherals without result.
I removed and changed the location of the RAM sticks, without success.
For information, the motherboard is an MSI B660 Tomahawk DDR4 and the power supply is provided by a 750W CORSAIR.
Do you have any idea?
My apologize for the Google translation
Thank you for you answer.

You do know that this processor has no video, correct?
Also, does your bios support this processor?

Thank for your reply,
I know that this processor does not have a graphics chip and that my card has a video output. But I have a dedicated graphics card. Is this the reason for the CPU recognition problem?
The I5 14600KF is in the list of compatible processors for this motherboard

That you have a dedicated graphics card is fine.
You did you acquire the 14600KF? new in box, or used?
If new, I would return it. If used, well, you can try to return it.
