I would suggest contacting Microsoft* for assistance on this matter, since the behavior is compatibility related.

Hardware wise, I would suggest installing the latest BIOS version for your motherboard located at:

I knew what it was. The default driver installs FullHD so windows cannot start up because that my monitor only 1280×1024. How to make driver choose 1280×1024 not FullHD? Sorry for my eanglish.

My bios up to date?

Since this driver seems to be provided by Microsoft* Corporation, I would suggest contacting them so they can assist you, keep in mind that we are not familiar with drivers provided by any other company or operating system developer.

On standart VGA driver my TV (HDMI) and monitor (DVI) work together fine. But when i start intel driver, monitor dont work TV works fine

I would suggest testing different cables and make sure you are not using any kind of port adapter.
