It was purchased in january 2011, iI think it is still under warranty (3 years), my question is what i need to do for proceed for warranty ? I tryed to insert FPO and ATPO but i recieved that message - "The product number(s) you entered cannot be located in our records"

Hope someone can help me

Thanks
