Hello,

I bought 2 weeks ago one I7 13700 with MSI MB, and after i set-up in bios the frequency at fixed value (p-cores at 2.1 Ghz, and E-cores at 1.8 Ghz), the sistem not see my E-cores.

I don't modified anything in BIOS, only the frequency (from auto to fixed value) because i don't want to overclock my processor.

I put back the frequency at auto mode and the problem is the same (i can see in windows only P-cores)

In task manager i see 16 cores in total, but Intel processor identification utility show me 0 E-cores.

question is : my e-cores working or not ?

This may be because the E cores are set to Disabled in the BIOS. Some MSI BIOS have an Overclocking section under which you should find an item called Per E Core Control. This may be showing the value Enabled. If you click on this item a list of E cores should appear with their status. If the status is shown as Disabled change it to Enabled
