How old is the processor?

Brand new

Have you encountered any error messages during the crash?

No,only extremely low fps

What specific tasks were you performing when the crashes occurred?

playing half life alyx

no
Have you tried updating your BIOS to the latest version?
yes

Turn out nvidia problem need to turn off cuda processor
