I bought a Lenovo PC with intel I7-3770S processor to use 64-bit virtual machines.
The processor documentation says there is support for virrtualization (http://ark.intel.com/products/65524/Intel-Core-i7-3770S-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz http://ark.intel.com/products/65524/Intel-Core-i7-3770S-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz), but Does not virtualize 64 bits with Virtual Box.
And by verifying with Intel software itself "Intel (R) Processor Identification Utility" the software says it does not support virtualization.
Intel's documentation and software contradict each other.
I would like to solve my problem, is it possible?

Hello IvanClay,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
The Intel® Core™ i7-3770S Processor does support virtualization.
Can you please confirm whether the virtualization technology is enabled in the BIOS or not?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
JC
