Hello Asryan,

Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.

In this case, I would recommend checking the following thread/document for more information about settings you can change in the BIOS to make the system to run cooler.

Bear in mind that the information is applicable to different motherboards.

/thread/54032 How best proceed with overheating i7-4790K?

/docs/DOC-23517 Troubleshooting Intel® Core™ i7-4790K / i5-4690K overheating

I hope this information helps.

Best Regards,

Hi Asryan,

Since this implies to change voltages, it means that the CPU will run out of specifications, in this case, the best I can do is to provide a 3rd party link for you to review some useful information.

http://www.overclock.net/t/1583316/adaptive-vs-offset Adaptive vs Offset?

NOTE: This link is being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.

Thanks for the help.

i tried the settings on the other topic but i have a question you can maybe answer.

When I put processor current limit at 105 :

On the stress test, no issue

On the bench i have current limit throttling.

Should i put 256 or can I leave it like this without having issue on daily using and gaming?

Thanks

Hi Asryan,

I understand your question; however, I am unable to give any recommendations when talking about changing settings that may affect the CPU, that's why I provided a 3rd party website.

Best Regards,
