So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Hello TheMauro

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool.

Please kindly review the following steps to try to solve the problem and provide us with the outcome:

1- Make sure you have all the latest drivers and Windows® updates. Based on the report, the system is running Windows® version 1909, you may try to update to version 2004.

2- Check the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) error message on Microsoft's website*:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14238/windows-10-troubleshoot-blue-screen-errors

3- Since you mentioned the issues happens only while gaming, check with the game developers to confirm your system meets the recommended requirements and to make sure you have the latest updates and patches.

4- Undo recent changes that may releate to first the time the issue was triggered:

  • If a setting was changed in BIOS (Basic Input Output System), undo it.
  • If a new software app was installed, uninstall it.

5- What is the exact model of the other Intel® Pentium® processor?

6- Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic. To launch the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, open the Start menu, type “Windows Memory Diagnostic”, and press Enter.

You may also test with a free, standalone memory testing program like Memtest86+*

http://www.memtest.org/

7- We noticed your system is running 3 sticks of memory RAM from different manufacturers. It is always recommend testing the system with memory RAM of the same manufacturer, model, and specifications.

Also, check with your motherboard manufacturer (OEM) for the proper RAM configuration (population of RAM slots, etc). For instance, the OEM User's manual* states that it supports dual-channel and the configuration supported are 2 and 4 sticks of RAM on specific slot configuration:

https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-z270p-d3_e.pdf

8- Make sure the memory RAM is running at the speed and voltage that is supported by the processor. The Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor supports DDR4-1866/2133 (and DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V): https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/88196/intel-core-i7-6700-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-00-ghz.html

However, the system report shows that the RAM is running at 2400MHz which is higher than the speed supported by the processor. Actually, one of the memory sticks (Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2400C16*) seems to have an SPD (serial presence detect) of 2400MHz: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK8GX4M2A2400C16#tab-tech-specs

We recommend using memory RAM that is running under Intel's published specifications for the processor or checking with your OEM either (1) to undo settings in BIOS related to Memory - loading BIOS defaults or (2) to properly configured your BIOS so the RAM is running at the speed supported by the processor.

9- Test the processor using the the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and attached the .txt file report:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

10- Check if the issue happens if you disable Intel® Turbo Boost Technology in BIOS.

11- Test the system using minimal configuration. Remove non-necessary components, adapters, etc. If possible, test using only the integrated graphics of the processor (for instance. disabling or removing the discrete video card).

12- Finally, is this Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor a new CPU you installed on an "already working motherboard" that was running with a different CPU? (e.g.; with the Intel® Pentium Processor?). If the answer to this question is yes, did you perform a clean install of the operating system when swapping processors?
