Hello, i got a i7-7700k and when i am gaming its always very hot around 80-95C

It start with 80C and within 10 minuts its 90+ and stays that hot.

Not overclocked and changed thermal paste and nothing worked.

Is it normal for a 7700k to become this hot with custom watercooling?

Hello SBoor1 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. The Intel® Core™ i7-7700K can work up to 100C (tjunction) and it needs a cooling solution that dissipates a minimum of a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 91 W (Intel® Core™ i7-7700K Processor specifications: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/97129/intel-core-i7-7700k-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-50-ghz.html). I recommend confirming with the consoling solution manufacturer that the model that you are using can handle these requirements. Is the system reporting any error? Please run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool) and provide me with the .txt file report Is the system BIOS up to date? Is the system running on the default BIOS setting? In case you need assistance to complete BIOS updates please contact ASUS* (https://www.asus.com/support/). Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. How old CPU is (when it was made)?

What TIM (thermal solution\paste\LM) are you useing on CPU?

Maybe stock TIM between CPU die and IHS is degradated and now not working at all.
