There is no upgrade.  It is BGA socketed, which means it is soldered to the motherboard.

Thanks AlHill

does it mean , I need  to change the motherboard to upgrade my computer ?

if yes , what is your recommendation - change motherboard or computer, knowing that I never changed a motherboard

cheers

I cannot make any such recommendation.  To change the motherboard depends on a number of issues, like what processor you are goihg to, what memory is required, what size is able to be accomodated by your case, what power (supply) you need, etc.

Getting a different/newer computer, again, has questions.

If it were my choice, I would get a new computer, something with an 11th or 12 gen processor.   Your existing processor is 8th gen.

Make sure you get a good backup of your data, either local or cloud.
