I7-8700K - Is a temperature of 87c in Idle (Nothing running) is to high??

I am using a brand new (1 day ago) PC , Corsair 570X casing with an Asus Z390-E with an I7-8700K and 32gb ram, however CPU temperature alarm are raised with an idle PC at 87c ???

I do not have a cooling unit on the processor, but do have 4X120mm fans running full speed. I did order a H60 colling unit in case. But is this normal with out colling unit?

I do not have any graphic card added right now, using on board graphic only for now.

OMG, you should not be operating your processor without a cooling unit attached. Those fans aren't going to do anything without a heatsink attached to the processor.

I did not operate it, just turn it on, to see the temperature before putting in the Corsair H60 liquid cooling CPU unit AOI to see how many degree it will be after.

Still waiting my H60 today :). thanks for your answer any ways.
