I7 9700k idling between 50 degrees C and 60?

Just bought a new pc with liquid cooling on my CPU and these temperatures just seem a bit High am I right or wrong what should I do to keep them cooler ​

So, I have two thoughts. First, yea, these seem high for a liquid cooling solution. Are you sure you have the mass properly mounted to the processor ​with a reasonable amount of TIM? Second, the idle temperatures are only concerning is the loaded temperatures are similarly high. If you aren't reaching 85c under heavy load, then I wouldn't worry as much.
