How much faster or do you gain going from

I7-2630QM 2.2 ghz turbo to 2.9 and the I7 2720QM at 2.2 ghz turbo to 3.3 is there that much difference to justify the cost I am using a ssd hard drive

I was looking at an HP and they cannot tell me which brand of SSD it is. So I am going to do more research for different brand laptops price difference of 200bucks
