Hey guys im having an issue with a new i9 13900f. I'm getting high cpu usage when playing games specifically tarkov, and rust (IT is every game however) I average 80-90 percent usage. I do have a fresh install of windows 11 I have run sfc scan and dism to repair my install. I don't have any bloat ware ect. An have installed all drivers listed under my motherboard vendors website for mobo it is a strix b760i. My drive is a 1tb Samsung 980 pro 1tb that is current on firmware updates. I have disabled vmx (virtulization) in bios. As well as verify stability and temps with occt. Im maxing out at 80c while on a 240aio. I have also tested cpu and it passes the intel validation tests. Since switching over from amd my experience has been worse when the intel cpu is definitely better im just trying to fix it can someone walk me through this? This is also my third reinstalled I can't find the issue and am baffled my buddy's pc I built him is just fine and he has a 14700k he's sitting at 30 percent cpu usage in rust. Also my gpu is a 7900xt and new as well have tested all components nothing is wrong with them even run memtest86 for 24hours on ram to test it and no issues

It is normal for CPUs to show usage of between 50% and 90% while gaming.
Intel have a page on potential solutions if you think it's too high at this page .
Power options may be altered if you install software like Samsung Magician, it adds a Samsung High Performance power plan that can push up CPU usage.

That's not normal I got a 7950x and it shows 30 percent cpu usage lol the 13900 having limited clock speeds is what's screwing it. It's stupid I had to get another brand to fix it or a k series sku. I should be able to overclock any of my cpus but hey whatever. Already jumped ship not complaining now
