I9 13900k and 14900k Instability issues fixed 100% and how CPUs are working now

Is Instability issues for this CPUs fixed completely, as I know Intel last update was microcode update 0x12B and Intel want us to update Bios but I want to know did this solved the problem.

Oui problème résolu, mais la différence n est pas minime, un 14900k à la base avant les maj bios tient 5.7 all cores pendant un bench, avec iccmax 511.75 A pl1/pl2 no limit, il est vendu pour ces fréquences, après la maj bios 0x12b, il tient 5.1 allcores sous cinébench iccmax 307 A pl1/pl2 253w, c’est le jour et la nuit, pour comprendre ça il faut avoir posséder un 14900k à sa sortie,
Donc grosse perte de perf et pub mensongère de la part d intel, grace à la maj, ils sont très stables mais c est tout, moi ça ne me suffit pas.

So far unfortunately, no.Im currently waiting on the replacement of my first replacement. They got the first one to me super fast after the RMA ,hopefully they take a little extra time to test this one. Oh well, in 20 years this is first problem I've ever had with an Intel product.The way they've handled the situation should be a lesson to other companies how to handle a mess up.So for the third time I'll drop that i9 13900KS chip into my rig and see, but I got nothing but love for Intel and would never use any other processor.
