I9 13900kf bsod boot

Bonjour j'ai un problème avec mon i9 13900kf, j'ai changer ram, carte mère, tester des alimentations, tester des disques différents mais toujours le même problème et toujours la même solution pour que ça "fonctionne" oui malheureusement je dois forcer les coeur performance a 51 et les efficient a 39, désactiver l'hyperthread, baisser ma ram a 3500mhz au lieu de 3600mhz pour que je puisse utiliser le pc qui subit des freeze en jeu de temps en temps ! J'ai essayé avec un i5 13600k et tout fonctionne a merveille sans devoir faire de manip ! Auriez vous une solution svp
