On ASUS motherboards the BIOS section dealing with graphics is normally found at Advanced->Advanced->System Agent (SA) Configuration->Graphics Configuration. There is a setting called iGPU Multi-Monitor that is set to Disabled by default, this needs to be set to Enabled. The other setting that will be found here is Primary Display, this should be set to Auto.
