ICE LAKE IBIS model for DDR channels

Hi,

We are routing a board with a Ice Lake processor (CPU ICE LAKE-D LCC 4 CORE QXCV ) using serdes and DDR4 memories. For simulation of the board we need the IBIS model. I have found the IBIS model for the serdes channel (doc 599830) but it doesn't contain the DDR part.

I need the IBIS model for the DDR channels. where can I find it ?

Regards

Jeff

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply.

We have to finalize quite quickly our board !

Can you tell me when you will have a solution for us ?

We have also found the document 614029_Ice_Lake-D_LCC_HCC_DDR4_SI_MUG_Rev1_2. Unfortunately this is not an IBIS model and is not compatible with our simulator.

regards

Jeff

Hi Paul,

The routing of our board is now complete. We urgently need the simulation files for the DDR !

Do you have any update ? or a contact person ?

regards

Jeff

PS: We already have an NDA

Hi Paul,

No news from you...

Without the IBIS model, we are simulating with generic drives for DDR pads.

We would like to know if there are differential delays for DDR pin inside the package that must be compensated.

Is there such a document ?

Are the delays equalized in the package ?

regards

Jeff
