I understand that you have concerns regarding the items included in an Intel processor, however, please be informed processor i5-13600K has no fan heatsink included when it is shipped out. Kindly be aware that all Intel® Desktop Processors that have the letters K, KF, KS, XE, or X in their number are not shipped with Intel® Thermal Solution (fan heatsink).
