Nothing to suggest issue on server as performs fine. Also reinstalled windows 2016 swrver from scratch and same IPDT works fine.

Whats the issue with Windows server 2019 ?

Thanks

Did you re-install the Intel PDT from scratch?  Because that's what they are going to tell you to do!

Hello capelink

Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.

We understand that you are having issues running the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool on the system please let us know the following details:

Is the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool reporting any installation issue?

Is the Dell system up to date (BIOS)?

Can you share with us a video of the issue that you are having?

Hi,

no installation or uninstallation issues at all on the tool.

Server has got the latest 2.13 version BIOS installed.

There is not a suitable video because there is no errors on the screen. Once the initial "Reading System Information and processing the tool for launch .. please wait" disappears there is no output, only the errors generated in the system events I gave earlier.

As I originally mentioned when I do a clean updated Windows 2016 server install the tool works fine. but with a clean updated Windows 2019 install it fails. Same BIOS settings.

Thanks

Hello capelink,

Thank you for waiting.

We would like to share with you that we performed the lab and we were able to have the IPDT running on Windows 2019.

Can you try to update .NET to version 4.8 "ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu" and verify the results of installing/running IPDT?

Hey guys!

I'm facing the same problem, I installed "ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu", but the problem continues...
Has anyone managed to solve the problem?

Thanks.
