Hi endercabuker: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Processors communities. We will do our best to assist you with this scenario.
In order to provide the most accurate response, we just wanted to check a few details about your system:
What is the model of the processor?
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Any further questions, please let me know.
Processor:"Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6900K CPU @ 3.20GHz , GenuineIntel"
Motherboard: MSI X99A TOMAHAWK (MS-7A54)
Not a laptop, PC
I've also attached SSU Scan Information to this post.
endercabuker: Thank you very much for providing that information and the file.
At this point we can try to install the Intel® Turbo Boost application from MSI's web site, please follow the same steps you did before, un-install it from control panel, then reboot the PC and install it again:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-TOMAHAWK# down-driver&Win10%2064 https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-TOMAHAWK# down-driver&Win10%2064
Also we can try a BIOS update to the latest version 2.1:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-TOMAHAWK# down-bios https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-TOMAHAWK# down-bios
Additionally, we test the application from our web site following the same procedure as above:
Any questions, please let me know.
Hello again Mr. Alberto,
As u know you can only find ITBM version 220.127.116.115 on MSi Web Site, but thats ok, better than nothing. I've uninstalled my previous v3, cleaned the registry & rebooted.
This is the ss of the folder. I can't install setup.exe (Intel Installation Framework) it gives "This computer does not meet the minumum requeirements for installing the software".
All vcredist were installed (also checked now & ok)
I've tried to install drivers>x64> IntelNit.inf with right click & install, it says "the operation completed successfully" but nothing happens after reboot, no pop-up itbm app & if i run ITBM.exe manually it says "itbm driver not available)
U said update your bios but its the latest version. And as i write i was using ITBM with no problem for about 1 year.
What can i do ?
endercabuker: Thank you very much for letting us know those details. In this case, the next thing to do will be to get in contact with MSI directly for them to verify the BIOS configuration on the board since the application provided by them, even though it worked before, is not working anymore:
I also encourage all the peers viewing this forum that if they have further comments on this matter to post all the suggestions and feedback on this thread.
Any questions, please let me know.

Same problem here.
I have been working on this for about 6 monts i gues.
With the `help`of Intel no luck on what soever. In the end Intel just gave up on me and let me dangle out there.... Still Dangling....
I bought the PC with a X99A RAIDER (MS-7885) Motherboard; a Intel Core i7 6850K and a SE790C on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphicscard.
Not the Cheapest system i gues.
I Have Bios P.50 running corrctly.
On the MSI website i can download:
Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology Version 1.0, release date 10 08 2016.
But when i bought the PC it whas running on V3 and doing just fine.
One day i just got the error. (i am not a overclocking guy)
The Pc runs just fine but i keep getting this anoiing'ITBM Driver Not Available - Intel Turbo Boost Max Error'.
I realy wish someone could help me for real....
