You don't need to install any driver, Windows* operating system (OS) has native support for Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 and the feature is enabled automatically. The processor feature Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 is enabled in the hardware and p-code. Make sure you upgrade your Windows OS to the latest version.
Intel® technologies’ features and benefits depend on system configuration and may require enabled hardware, software or service activation
Since the issue started after a BIOS update it's recommended to report this to the system manufacturer since this is native support and the processor loads it automatically.
