Hi,

We are trying to install IO Margin Tool for Ice Lake and test PCH-PCIe/CPU-PCIe interface on Wilson City server via host mode connecting to the server by using ITP. IO Margin Tool successfully installs but it fails to detect probes even though the probes are properly connected and is detected by Cscripts.

The debug information is

• Platform Name/SKU

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9500 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

• Tool version number

613291-intel-iomt-Whitley-windows-rev4.1.11

- Intel System Debugger U2152, U2138, and U2222 have been used to see if the System Debugger was causing the problem.

• Installation log

• Intel PSS log

Please see attached files.

• In case you see detecting issues, send these additional log.

- EV Service Log

Thanks for the help and let me know if any other files are needed.
