Identify i7-4771 procesor with ATPO

I purchased a used i7-4471 processor where someone removed the prints from the heat shield. Anyway I managed to read the ATPO code from the 2D Matrix. It's

2L313297A2512

Is there any way to verify that its is an original i7-4771?

ps: Or there any other way to find the FPO without remove the heat shield?

Well, you could always fire it up and use software to read the CPUID information...
