Intel 12th and 13th Gen T series processors - Adjust PL1 and PL2 ?

Hello everyone,

 

is it possible to configure or increase the power limits (PL1 and PL2) for 12th and 13th gen Intel T Series processors (for example the i5 12500T) ? Or are the limits hardlocked on T Series processors?
