Intel 13900ks Intel Extreme Tuning utility TVB Not Working

I have a 13900ks and am using the ETU, and I am trying to enable the Overclocking Thermal velocity boost and it gives an unknown error message when applied.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can imagine how frustrating this is for you.

I would like to let you know that Intel does not recommend to overclock the CPU or RAM and does not provide any steps to do it. Bear in mind that Altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance. Product warranties may not apply if the processor is operated beyond its specifications.

However, I can only help you to identify why the app might be failing, and to proceed I would like to confirm the following:

1. Can you share a picture of the error?

2. Are you using a laptop or PC? What is the model of the laptop or motherboard (if desktop)?

3. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

4. What is the BIOS version installed?

5. Are you using a dedicated video card? If so, what is the brand and model name?
