I want to use Dragon Speaking which specs p 4 or later....I have a netbook running Intel Atom...will it work?

Take this for what it's worth: Think of Intel Atom as having similar performance to the Intel Pentium M.

Netbooks, which use Intel Atom processors, are intended for Internet applications rather than for playing computer games. In general, a netbook should work well for Internet research and browsing, email, instant messaging, online photos, and streaming videos or music. With this being said, your netbook will probably not support the game you are trying to use.

It is not the ATOM processor as much as the AUDIO processor that counts.
The little NetBooks don't have the same audio capabilities as a full sized Notebook or Desktop.
If you have access to Dragon Speaking and a NetBook, give it a try
but curb your expectations, they might not live up to what you have already experienced...
