Running my PC on idle and found that I have high ram utilization.

I checked the task manager and found out that Intel Connectivity Network Service has high memory usage.

I am not sure if what is the apps used by this service. How should i fix it?

maximuseros665, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the Intel® processors?

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

What is the model of the memory RAM? Please provide the quantity stick, voltage, and speed of the modules.

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue with the memory RAM start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this issue?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

I will download the most recent software you need to help determine the problem memory usage.

Thank you

If you go into Windows Services you can disable this service and it seems to have no effect on the network connection. My device has no ethernet ports as is a laptop but does have a USB-c adaptor and I have this same issue on a few devices all purchased around 2021 with 11th gen Intel chips so I just disable this service on all of them as it just wastes memory, slows the computers down and provides no benefit. There is no need to uninstall drivers or anything.
