Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T8100 (3M Cache, 2.10 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

I was wondering if someone can help clear something up for me.

I have the above processor my Sony Vaio VGN-AR730E. I know this is a newb question but I am a little confused about the processors itself.

If it is a Intel Core 2 Duo Processor is it Total 2.10 Ghz or is it 4.20 GHZ (2.10 Ghz per Core).
