Intel Core i7 2630QM - What SMD components are on the front side?

Hi!

I need help and have a question to community. I have dropped CPU on the table and it landed on the carpet. Some SMD elements on the front side have come off.

I need to know what SMD components are on the front side of i7-2630qm. Is it resistor, capacitor or transistor? What is the nominal value and polarity?
