Intel Core i7 6800k - Blue Screens and High Temps @Stock Speed

I have trouble with my desktop-pc I have very high idle temps based from what I have gathered from lots of people including google.

I did some tests and I have uploaded everything here, just to check for yourself.

Idle temp is: 31-42

Max temp is 80-100

please note that CPU is at stock speed (every option is auto/default/recommended at bios)

My system specs are these:

Case: Coolermaster Storm Trooper

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth X99

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v1

CPU: Intel Core i7 6800k

RAM: 8x4GB Corsair CMK16GX4M4B3733C17 @default stock speed which might at 1865 Mhz (their stock speed is 3731)

VGA: ASUS STRIX 1080 Ti 12GB

SSD1: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB (Main OS)

SSD2: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB (Gaming)

HDD1: WD1003FZEX-00MK2

HDD2: WD1003FZEX-00MK2A0

HDD3: WD6001FZWX-00A2VA0

OS: Windows 10 x64 with latest updates

For me a system with good cooling, these temps seem high at stock speed

I do not believe that there is anything wrong with your processor. Fact is, the latest generations of Intel Core processors can change temperatures faster than (external) cooling solutions can respond. As a result, spikes that go above the processor's Tcontrol temperature can and will occur. This is why, during a stress test, you will see temperature spikes reaching into the low 90's instead of staying in the mid-80's (where the fan speed control programming is trying to keep it). As for idle temperatures, yours are just fine.

1.Change/Replace Thermal Paste on CPU any better (Noktua / Artric 4/5)

2.Disable you XMP (this OC your cpu and mem. ) in bios

OK now

you CPU TDP is 140W

3.In BIOS you have to limit you cpu to max 140W

Then CPU CLOCK will be reduced aftrer reaching max TDP 140W

AND it will NOT BE HOT

Turbo Mode

Turbo Mode Parameters

Long Duration Package Power Limit (change to 140)

Short Duration Packa..... (change to 140)

and SAVE bios restart and test
