Hello Sukrut4778,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
At this moment, the 12th generation processors fail when testing with Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In order to better assist you, could you please provide a screenshot/picture of the XTU configuration and of the error?
Best regards,
Steven G.

Thank you for your response.
In order to work on this issue, please provide the following information:
- Is the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) happening at any specific moment, or does it happen randomly?
- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
Best regards,

Hello Sukrut4778,
I've noticed you have the RAM speed running at 5200 MHz, which is over the processor specifications (DDR5 4800 MHz - DDR4 3200 MHz). In order to continue, please set the RAM speed under the processor specifications (4800 MHz or less) and check if the issue persists.
When one uses an XMP profile, it changes the frequencies and possibly the voltages, which are internal to the CPU. Thus, it voids the warranty. It voids warranty even if the cores are not overclocked.
Please let me know of the outcome.
Best regards,
Steven G.

Thank you for your response.
In order to keep working on this issue, could you please confirm when the issue started to happen? Was there any hardware or software change/upgrade before it started, or anything that could have triggered it?
Best regards,

It started happening in March - April and there was no hardware or software change. I thought it was thermal issue so i reapplied the thermal paste and still it did not change anything so recently in June I bought this new Asus ROG RYUJIN II 360 AIO and still it's giving the same error (Testing done at full fan/aio pump speed)

Hello Sukrut4778,
Based on our investigation and information provided, it is very possible the processor was already affected by the RAM speed running over the processor's specifications. That is why we always recommend setting a speed according to maximum speed supported by the processor, since it is not sure if it will damage it.
Please let me know if you have any concerns.
