So after loosing my mind for the last 6 months with repeatedly crashes
i finally had the opportunity to have two systems so i can switch CPUs, motherboards, and other peripherals
after comprehensive troubleshooting process, it would seem my i9-13900KF CPU is defective and causes crashes, motherboard and RAM are perfect
using prime95 with smallest FFT it will crash within seconds
i found info regarding the SVID and setting it on fail safe, this indeed reduced greatly the crashes
however, this did not solve the issue, as i use 3d printing slicing software, with heavy load it still crashes sometimes! this is killing me, as my old 10 years old laptop will run more stable
I have opened a support case in Intel support (case: 06074993)
I hope this CPU will be RMAd ASAP as i am loosing my mind!
