I have just bought this CPU and I'm trying to check its power. But unfortunately, every time when I use Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (ver 4.1.7.39), whole PC keeps crashing and I'm unable to finish at least one complete CPU test. Other than that, it looks that CPU works ok... at least so far.
is it possible that Processor Diagnostic Tool is buggy and not adjusted to new Intel CPU or I really have some problem?
BTW CPU is on default Bios settings. Motherboard -> ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS D4.

If you look at the list of supported processors, you will find that your processor is not in the list:

If you want to be on the bleeding edge, you have to be prepared for software to catch up.

I would understand error, some message about lack of support or something like that. But crash whole PC? Really?
Anyway, stress test in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility seems to be running stable. Just some minimal throttling on the way.

Hello BloodyRaven,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Core™ i9-13900KF Processor.
As AlHill mentioned, the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool does not support the 13th Gen processor. Using unsupported tools may cause unexpected issues.
As an alternative, you can check with Asus for a similar tool from Asus that can diagnose your system.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Regards,
Deivid A.
