Intel Diagnostic Tool Test Fail

I downloaded and tested my CPU with the Diagnostic Tool and Fails every time on the "Prime Number"!

Why?

and i have a issue with my external Graphicscard maybe is CPU the Problem?

Windows 10 Pro

Intel i3 550 3,2 GHz

1TB HDD Hitachi

nVidia GTX 460 1GB

Cooler Master 650 Watt

8GB Ram

Allow me to share with you that this processor is out of support as a result, it is difficult to find the specific error for this microprocessor.
